[Hinge-angle] Update Hinge-sensor sample to new hinge sensor type from Android 11

Android 11 introduced a hinge angle sensor type to represent a sensor that measures the angle between two integral parts of a device.
The current sample doesn't use that but a different approach. A nice upgrade could be to update the sample and use this new sensor type.

@CesarValiente Hello! I would like to work on this issue but unfortunately, I am unable to install the surface duo emulator by following the docs. I would be grateful if someone could go through the error screenshot.
Error
I am using macOS 12.2 M1 air and the latest android studio arm version 2021.1.1.
I think some configuration of target build architecture is the problem.

Hi @parthjpatel99 thanks a lot for your interest on work on this issue.

Yes, are you were guessing, currently the emulator is just available on MacOS/GNU-Linux and Windows on x86/x64 architectures.

There are a couple of questions asked about the same in our tech forums (here and here).
As we mention there, we are currently working on it (no ETA yet) and we will communicate when we have something new to share.
