Does the Azure Cloud Shell connector support Cloud Shell in a virtual network?

Hi,

I set up my Cloud Shell in a VNet (https://learn.microsoft.com/azure/cloud-shell/private-vnet). Works well in the browser. However, I cannot connect to it from Terminal Preview. When selecting the tenant that is setup like that, I see the following output:

You have not set up your cloud shell account yet. Please go to https://shell.azure.com to set it up.

[process exited with code 1 (0x00000001)]
You can now close this terminal with Ctrl+D, or press Enter to restart.

The Azure Relay is set up to allow connections from all networks.

Is this configuration of Cloud Shell supported in Terminal?
