Support x86 OpenBSD

I could build vcpkg.
However, I get invalid target x86-openbsd when I install a package.

Assuming that 32bit OpenBSD is still a thing, you can copy the triplets/community/x64-openbsd.cmake file to be named either x86-openbsd.cmake within the same directory, or copy it out of the vcpkg repository checkout into a new directory where it should be called x86-openbsd.cmake nevertheless.

In either case, you need to edit the file to have the line that sets VCPKG_TARGET_ARCHITECTURE to x64 to set it to x86 instead.

If you copied it to reside within the original vcpkg repository checkout, it "should" work out of the box, while the file has to be back-uped and/or moved to other vcpkg checkouts manually.
If you copied it to reside outside of the vcpkg repoistory checkout instead, you will have to pass the path containing the x86-openbsd.cmake to the vcpkg invokation using either the --overlay-triplets command line parameter, or by setting the overlay-triplets record of vcpkg-configuration.json which is parsed in manifest mode.
