Port about vips or libvips

**I wanted to ask that vips or libvips port is removed?

I want to decode .tga format images. Seeing the following issue**

error: while looking for vips:x64-windows:
C:\vcpkg\ports\vips: error: vips does not exist

PS C:\vcpkg> git pull
Already up to date.
PS C:\vcpkg> .\vcpkg search vips
