The website isn't opened when clicking the link from the debug terminal log during JavaScript/TypeScript Durable DTS project debugging

Repro Steps:

1. Create a JavaScript/TypeScript durable project with "Durable Task Scheduler (Preview)" durable storage type selected.
2. Debug the above project -> Click "Manually Set a Connection String" button -> Enter DTS connection string and Taskhub name.
3. There is a link in terminal log "Durable Functions Distributed Tracing V2 is GA now! Learn how to enable the feature by visiting aka.ms/durable-distributed-tracing." -> Press Ctrl and click the link to open it.

4. Check whether the website is opened directly.

Expect:
The website is opened directly.

Actual:
The website is not opened.
