Repro Steps:

1. Create a function project.
2. Create a function app.
3. Deploy the project to function app.
4. Open "Azure Functions" output window.
5. Check whether no error occurs.

Expect:
No error occurs in "Azure Functions" output window when deploying the project to function app.

Actual:
Error occurs in "Azure Functions" output window when deploying the project to function app.
