[Feature] Use VS code project "name" from workspace configuration as cmake folder name #4628

Request Overview
In multi root environment we are using following tree of projects
Proj
- v1
- v2
- v3
SecondProj
- v1
- v2
Now the cmake tools is showing only v1, v2 as folders. We would like to see this replaced with name of multi root workspace.
