This PR refactors the features section of the dev container configuration to:
✅ Simplify the structure by removing redundant resolved fields.
✅ Improve readability by using concise feature keys.
✅ Maintain all essential metadata such as version and integrity hashes.
✅ Ensure compatibility with existing tooling and workflows.
