Stop asking if I want to save the file

Type: Bug

I've asked Copilot to make a small change to a file and then I accepted it. Now, it keeps on constantly asking whether I REALLY want to save the file since it has the generated code. It asked me already 20+ times even though I haven't made any changes since; just pressing "cmd + s" and then "Accept".

It should understand that I accepted the modified code and, unless there's another modification, not bother me with irrelevant pop up.
