The Edit chat asks me to add the files to be modified to the working set, though it is already there #3730

Description

@jparta

Type: Bug

I already added the file, I don't know what more I should do. The same problem occurs whether I explicitly add the file to the working set or it's included implicitly because it's open.

Reloading the window cleared the issue.

Any idea why this might happen? Indexing?

Btw, I had to open the VS Code issue reported dialogue again, because the one opened from the thumb down in the chat didn't do anything when I pressed 'Create on GitHub'. The diagnostic information might not match the situation at the time the issue occured before the window reload.
