Configure sytle of breadcrumbs after 1.7.0

How to set the style of breadcrumbs after version 1.7.x as same as older version: ClassName::Method() instead of Method().

There is no way currently -- I've filed a feature request on VS Code at microsoft/vscode#138032, which you could upvote.

...and/or we could also potentially add a setting with our extension to switch to the older method of attaching the ClassName to the symbol name instead of the detail. You could file a feature request on our extension if you want us to track that.

After some digging, I found the commit that caused the problem was this commit 381d716, unfortunately, I don't have the ability to add some patches making the breadcrumbs' style configurable.
Since the issue addressed by this commit has little impact on me, I modify the main.js in the extension's folder, removing the code submitted of this commit. This is a temporary solution and may need to be redone every time after the extension updated.

Location of main.js: <User's home folder>/.vscode/extensions/ms-vscode.cpptools-<package.version.number>/dist/
