@container queries appear to not be supported

CSS container queries (@container) have been supported in @mdn/browser-compat-data since v5.2.3. However, they do not appear to be present in vscode-custom-data.

I believe this to be the cause of microsoft/vscode-css-languageservice#408, which I believe to be the cause of observed behavior in runem/lit-analyzer#323.
