Sync issue due to difference in path of sdk's on different platforms

I want to sync the settings but not the path to Android and Java SDK's because they are different on different platforms. Please provide a way to exclude these two settings from sync.

I can't sync the settings due to this bug. Whenever I change the path in one platform it updates to the other platform if sync is enabled.
