[Bug] Missing New Project Template options

Describe the Issue

I noticed on the newest release of the C# Dev Kit 1.90.2 that template options for some types are missing, like WebAPI. And on older versions with no CLI changes (dotnet new update) needed like 1.80.7 they start to work again.

Steps To Reproduce

Have the latest extension installed, try to create .net Project from Explorer,
show all options
see options list with missing options
Side note if using the pre-release version, it just breaks at this point

Expected Behavior

When expanding all project options to have the full list, like in older versions.

Environment Information

-Windows
-1.107.1 (vscode version)
-1.90.2 (extention version)
