Doesn't create .sln file

Describe the Issue

The extension creates *.slnx project file even you are choose *.sln file instead.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Press Ctrl+Shift+P
2. Type ".NET New project..."
3. Press "Enter"
4. Choose *.sln file as project file.
5. Press "Enter"
6. Extension create project folder and files and *.slnx file.

Expected Behavior

No response

Environment Information

• VS Code version: 1.107.1.
• C# Dev Kit version: 1.90.2.
