Cannot run tests marked with [Ignore] in Testing tab #2670

I would like the ability to run tests marked with [Ignore] if those tests are highlighted or right clicked on to run the test. Keep them ignored if only the group is selected but not them individually (when collapsed, ignore them as well)
I mark them with [Ignore] because I want them to be run manually. However, they just get skipped even if I right click on them to run them.
Alternatives considered
I guess I can still run them with command line but that's not very convenient.
