Describe the Issue

The sequence numbers can only be 1 and 2 when nesting project folders.

Steps To Reproduce

1.Create any project such as C# Console App.
2.Create a new folder named NewFolder1 in the project.
3.Right-click the NewFolder1->New folder...->Repeat this step and observe.

Expected Behavior

Just like nested solution folders, project folder names can be automatically sorted.
