Describe the Issue

The language server stops working after the razor file is closed in the git tree page.

Steps To Reproduce

1. make app. dotnet new blazorwasm
2. initialize git
3. make commit with all files
4. make any changes to the Counter.razor file
5. in vscode open the standard tab Source Control in Primary Side Bar
6. click on Counter.Razor in the Changes section
7. close the Counter.razor (Working Tree) tab that opens

after reopening and performing the same actions. The error repeats

Expected Behavior

The language server should continue to work

Looks like a dupe of #2629, fixed in dotnet/roslyn#81785 and available in v2.112.x of the C# extension.

I just double checked by manually testing on my machine and got no errors. @swsyndev976d if v2.112.x doesn't fix it for you, can you please use the "Report Razor Issue" command as that will capture logs etc. that will help us narrow down what is going on.

I changed the c# version to pre-release (2.112.45), the error does not repeat.
