Regarding the C# Dev Kit extension, we request an option to toggle the display of loading text inside mouse hover tooltip pop-ups.
During actual development, whenever hovering the mouse over faulty code, a tooltip pop-up appears and we need to click the quick fix button inside it. However, the loading text appears with delay and disappears unpredictably, causing the tooltip to constantly jump up and down. This makes it impossible to click the quick fix button accurately.
We suggest moving the loading prompt text to another position, such as the bottom-right corner of the VS Code window, instead of displaying it inside the tooltip pop-up. The current issue severely disrupts code editing operations.
