In VSCode currently, it generates this;

Could not find renderer

Does this mean that this mimetype is currently unsupported by VSCode?

If not, then I guess this would be a feature request. Perhaps, that it is not a high priority, but this mime-type makes plotting in arbitrary languages much easier because vega / lite is just JSON...

Any views / different approaches you might suggest?
