Wolfram Language Support Problem？

When using Wolfram Language in Jupyter, the kernel will not be closed when the notebook is closed. Due to the limitation of Wolfram, at most 2 kernels are allowed. Therefore, I can not open and close the notebook more than 2 times. Otherwise, no kernel can be connected.
