Jupyter notebook not working on VS Code

Firstly, my kernel crashed automatically. I tried downgrading traitlets to "4.3.3" but it shows now that "filefound" cannot be imported. I used these commands : "python -m pip install ipykernel" and "python -m ipykernel install —user" but the previous error pops up again ("kernel crash"). After searching on net, I switched jupyter to pre-release version and set jupyter logging to verbose, but still no change.
