Provide notebooks with access to vscode api

This would essentially notebookify the development process itself!
It would be a great way to automate any number of things, for example:

• loop over/filter/display the list of files in the file tree
• run customized builds and tasks at the click of a button or as part of a larger set of steps
• keep a list of commonly searched terms and switch between them with a click
• and more!

This could be implemented as a jupyter "magic command", perhaps something like, "%vscode [api-to-call]"
