Unable to install extension error in VS Code 1.88.1

I am attempting to install the Jupyter 2024.4.202404601 extension in VS Code version 1.88.1. It will fail when attempting to install from VS Code. I will get the "Unable to install extension 'ms-toolsai.jupyter' as it is not compatible with VS Code '1.88.1'. When attempting to install from the desktop I receive the error to check the service log for more information and it shows in the log 'Extension is not signed.' I have edited the .VSIX file to have it show the correct version but it still will not install.
