can't open cell outout in text editor

Describe the bug
Right-clicking any Jupyter notebook cell output and selecting “Open in Text Editor” causes the following error:

❌ "The editor could not be opened due to an unexpected error. Please consult the log for more details."
🔴 Invalid cell URI

This happens with any notebook, regardless of content.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open any .ipynb file
2. Run a cell (e.g. print("hello"))
3. Right-click the output area
4. Click “Open in Text Editor”
5. See the error message

Expected behavior
The output (e.g., JSON or plain text) should open in a new text editor tab as before.

open the vscode as administrator and your problem should be solved let me know if that dosent work for you

Hi there, I just took a look into this and I'm not able to reproduce this with my local setup. This problem came from the core VS Code product, so could you please ensure that you are on the latest stable version there? Additionally, you can also try with the latest insiders release as the issue should be fixed there as well.

I've tried to reproduce this issue with both the latest stable version (1.99.3) and the latest insiders version and both seem to be working without issue. If you have confirmed that you are on up-to-date versions and this bug persists, please file an issue with https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues and you can tag me directly.
