How to connect to a remote Jupyter server

I am trying to connect to a running Jupyter server running in my LAN but I can't find the command to perform. There is no command for "Jupyter: Specify Jupyter Server for Connections" that described in here. I am just confused about the document.

Top right you should see:

Click on this.

---

Then from the following menu:

Select "Existing Jupyter Server...".

You can then type in (or paste in) the URL to your local Jupyter server.

You should receive this URL when you run jupyter-lab --no-browser in you bash CLI, while within a Python-venv that has the Jupyter packages installed.
