Add support for viewing object level permissions

It would be great if the UI could show object level permissions (for example, users who have execute permission on a stored proc), like we can in SSMS. This can be done with a SQL query, but it's very cumbersome to have to do that every time. I'm on a Mac and doing server administration through the VS Code extension leaves some things to be desired.

In the interim running SSMS 22 Preview 3 (which introduces ARM64 support) on a Mac using virtualization software like Parallels is an option.
