Coding Agent session view: Not seeing session triggered from other machine

Testing #264383

Both have the VS Code repo open:

Linux:

macOS:

A session created on macOS just showed up on Linux.

Linux:

macOS:

Pressing the reload button doesn't make the missing session show up on macOS.

Not sure how they would get out of sync as we poll github independently on each machine. Will need more invetigation

This will be fixed by @alexr00, it's an issue with the state model managed by the GHPR extension
