GHPR shows check mark next to PR I no longer have checked out

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Check out PR 23 in my repo from the GHPR view
2. Click around in some files, chat with copilot
3. Decide to check out PR 22 instead
4. PR 22 is checked out, but ❓ the GHPR view still has a checkmark next to PR 23, indicating it's the one checked out (even though it's not). In the image below, the tool tip I'm hovering over is for the PR with the checkmark (23), but as shown in the status bar and when I actually click through the files, PR 22 is the actual one checked out

If I use the refresh button in GHPR, the checkmark does update correctly:

Something is up. I also can't reproduce this.
