Does not reload the flask app when debug=True #547

Behaviour
Gives an error when a python file is saved while flask debug=True
Steps to reproduce:
- The line to create the flask app is:
app.run(debug=True) - Edit a file within the site
- Save the file
#Expected results:
The flask app is restarted
Actual results:
- Gives an error message
- Click the Stop button
- It reloads the app
The error message:
