Show Python Inline Values turned itself on and I can't turn it off

The "Debugpy: Show Python Inline Values" user propery is not checked, but it's showing the inline values anyway. I find this really distracting when I'm trying to work.

VS code also has a property Debug: Inline Values. When I disable this property the inline values go away.
