Cannot copy expression from Watch panel

I noticed that in the debugger, I am unable to copy the expression in the Watch field. For example, I may select this expression:

But if I go Ctrl+C, it always selects the value of the expression, and never the expression itself. When there is no value (ie. when the debugger is not running), then nothing is copied. In fact, I cannot find any way of copying the expression, and so I have to copy it by hand. Pasting in expressions (Ctrl+V) works as expected.

This behavior is observed in these versions:
