download of the extension from the Marketplace site is failing and manual download takes you to Symantec site

Tried to install the extension from VSC and it fails. I then tried to manually download of the extension from the Marketplace site and it takes you to Symantec site.

The manual URL is:

The error message is:

I was able to download this from home. Has suspect there's something blocking me at work. It's not related to your site, cancel the ticket..
