"Copy Value" in watch panel does nothing

Behaviour

Attempting to copy the value of a "watched" expression does nothing.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start a debugging session and hit a break point
2. Add some variable available at the current point in the session to the watch panel
3. Right click the line of the watched variable in the watch panel and select to "copy value"
4. Nothing is placed in the clipboard and trying to paste gives no result.

The debug session itself behaves exactly as expected and has no issues.
