No Module Found, But Site-Packages has already install the Libs

I have 2 py files, main call sub.

tt_main.py:

      os.popen(r"python tt_sub.py","r")

tt_sub.py

The result :

And if I run tt_sub.py only, just have clear output AA.
Does anybody know why?

I have already done the checks below, but so far, none of them get works.
Part A: Lib do exist or not, exist.
Btw, sys.path do show \Local\Programs\Python\Python37\lib\site-packages' the correct path.
And there is openpyxl under site-packages

It's because you're using popen to execute python which has no guarantee of being the same Python as the one you executed tt_main.py with. If you want to launch a subprocess that uses the same Python as you started with, I would use subprocess and specify the binary to use as sys.executable.

I do have 2 version python in my laptop
Python3.7
Python3.10
Based on your suggestion, I update a little bit, I set up the environment and make python37 to load python3.7, and update the code as (os.popen(r"python37 tt_sub.py","r")) but it still show up the failure

For VS setup, that's python3.7

python37 isn't a Python binary name; I suspect you mean python3.7. But I would still use an absolute path to the Python binary and just just the name python3.7.

Yeah, understand what you say, since I have python3.7 and python3.10, so I change a little bit...well, it works, and I mean, this is another story...

I would like to update this issue, well, I have answer.

There is 2 issues in this so simple script....(my God!)

A) Require Laptop Restart

• After setup environment setup, such as this.
  
  Yes I do setup, but I didn't restart laptop, I check document from Windows, somehow it require restart, yes, so after restart it works.

B) During tt_sub.py

print ('AA') is not preferred if you use method popen to load this tt_sub.py, you can just put 'AA' over there, then it works.
