Mention in prompts that we are selecting existing environment.

We should probably mention in the prompt and the logs that we just selected the existing .venv in the workspace.

Nope not from me.

The selection prompt is now shown when users select the "use existing" option, now it's only a matter of adding more to the logs

We handle this in the new extension where when creating if user already has a .venv it will be surfaced. And the new extension handles multiple venvs in the same folder dynamically.
