why vscode change dir to `extensions` automatically after launch?

Hi @HppZ thanks for filing this issue.
Can you add

 "python.experiments.optOutFrom": ["pythonTerminalEnvVarActivation"],

to your settings.json and see if you face the same problem?
Also make sure you run "Python Clear Cache and Reload" command from the command palette.

 "python.experiments.optOutFrom": ["pythonTerminalEnvVarActivation"],

to your settings.json and see if you face the same problem? Also make sure you run "Python Clear Cache and Reload" command from the command palette.
