Problema ao reativar terminais #24194

Quando abro meu vs code e entro num arquivo python, aparece uma notificação com o título "Reativando Terminais"(origem: Python), enquanto ela não desaparece, não consigo rodar meu codigo e as sugestões não aparecem no código.
