Native repl always moves cursor to repl input #24355

Behaviour
Every time I shift+enter from an editor, the focus leaves my editor and goes to the native repl input box
Steps to reproduce:
- from a python file, press shift+enter
- observe that the cursor has left the editor and is now in the repl input
I often execute multiple code fragments before using the repl input. If this is expected behavior, it would be great to have an option to disable it.
