Running Python on console fails after upgrade #24427

Hello,
This is very important - I used to run Python code parts into cosole using Shift+Enter.
After an update maybe 3 weeks ago, it doesn't work propely anymore! It skips the first letter, and also functions with space get an indent error.
Please fix,
