Debugger don't see the file in the same folder

I'm trying to run the "main.py" file from the tutorial on the official vs code fastapi website and get an error in the terminal that the "models.py" is missing, althrough it is present and is not marked as missing in the "main.py" file code itself. When I hover the cursor over the word "models" in the "main.py" file itself, it shows that such a module exists, but the terminal says that it doesn't.

what is your directory structure and what is your current working directory in terminal?

Same directory. With all files in it.

You never provided your directory structure.

I can provide copy-paste of the full similar path in the explorer and terminal, I also trying to remove all non-english letters from the path and it doesn't help. I also have another issue thread with similar trouble, I think I can leave link here just to not to create a copy of one issue and there are screenshots with full path in explorer and terminal as I remember
