Conda environment activation does not respect settings #24686

@AWH1122

Description

@AWH1122

Type: Bug

Conda environment keeps activating even after disabling all related settings.

I have set "python.terminal.activateEnvironment": false in every scope as well as "python.terminal.activateEnvInCurrentTerminal": false.

all my conda environments have auto_activate_base set to false.

I have commented-out the conda init block in my zsh shell.

Conda is still automatically activated whenever I open a new integrated terminal.
