Notification after quick create #25018

Although we usually try and avoid making too much noise with notifications, wondering if a notification after the successful quick create would be nice to let the user understand it worked and where it was put. Like "new env created at "path" using python version "3.x". Then click more to see what pkgs were installed. It feels like we did enough work that we would want to let the user know all we set up for them especially bc the user might miss the venv if they were on a different sidebar screen or something
