Allow requests/responses from <domain>.com doesn't stick (prompted again every time)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. ask it to generate Pulumi IaC code for Scaleway resources
2. it starts to fetch docs (great!)
3. each docs request prompts twice for "Allow and Review", first for the request and again for the response
4. for each of those prompts there is an option to allow either the specific url, or all requests/responses for www.pulumi.com
5. selecting "Allow requests to www.pulumi.com" does not prevent the chat from prompting again for subsequent requests to www.pulumi.com

I repro this, something to note is that "make requests" get's unchecked when the response is approved for the URL.

So I think we're setting the data of this model incorrectly I'm thinking

Workaround, just set the setting manually:
