Hi Team, we are facing loading issue of retrospective project page, where user has all permissions but still doesnt load it keeps on showing loading icon, can you please help us for solution

We currently have multiple team members affected by this problem, while others are not, which makes it hard to troubleshoot or provide a workaround internally.

Do you know what causes the issue with the retrospective board sometimes not loading?

We are also experiencing this issue in our organization, and after running several tests we found a possible pattern related to network filtering.

In our team, 4 members cannot load the Retrospective board at all, while others (with the same Edge version 144.0.3719.92, 64-bit) have no problem.

One user tested different scenarios and found that the board loads only when bypassing Zscaler:

1. Turned Zscaler service to “OFF”.
2. Connected to a different VPN provider (Connect Tunnel).
3. Opened Edge (Version 144.0.3719.92) and accessed the Retrospective board — it loaded successfully, both via direct link and manually.

With Zscaler enabled, the board fails to load consistently.

So the issue might be related to Zscaler or network-level filtering, but it’s difficult to confirm from our side. It would help to know if the extension requires any specific domains/endpoints that could be blocked or inspected by Zscaler, so we can adjust accordingly.

Any guidance or known compatibility issues with Zscaler would be appreciated.

As @PabloRetamarEY mentioned Zscaler here in this thread, I'd like to mention my post with some networking background in another project:
microsoft/azure-boards-estimate#391

We had the similiar issue and solved (worakrouded) it by bypassing the domain "app-retrospective-extension-prod.azurewebsites.net" in ZPA to have it routed regulary in ZIA.

We are facing the same issue with Edge / Chrome due to the Local Network Access (LNA) changes.

As a temporary workaround, disabling the following flag resolves the problem:

edge://flags/#local-network-access-check
chrome://flags/#local-network-access-check

Setting this flag to Disabled allows the Azure DevOps extension to communicate with the backend again.

Still works in Firefox without this config change.
