Work Item Type "Impediment" not available under "Act/Add work item"

Describe the bug
When a user selects /Act/Add work item", a list of work item types shows up, including "Product Backlog Item". However, we want to use "Impediment", which is not offered.
Whether Impediment is associated to the Requirement backlog or not associated to any backlog - it does not show up.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Retrospectives and add a feedback
2. Click on Act/Add work item
3. Scroll through the list of work item types
4. See error, that "Impediment" is not included

Expected behavior
We expect that the work item type "Impediment" shows up in the list of WIT.

We're seeing similar behavior. Most likely the context menu popup is extending higher then the view or it's just rendered behind other elements. Items in the second row show the full list of item types, and most importantly the option to link existing work items.

Thank you for your comment, @S-OAltr , it indeed is an issue with the screen size. And should be fixed asap, as this is not understandable and explainable to users in a convincing way:

What we further found out is that the list of work item types shown depend on the card you select:

• If you click on "Add work item" in the top-most card, fewer WIT are shown (with "Impediment" missing")
• If you click on a card further down in a column, more WIT are shown (including "Impediment")

It seems that the popup with the WIT included is cut off at the top, only showing in the frame of the various columns like "Propellers", "Lifesavers"... The navigation bar "Board, History..." is another frame, cutting off the list of WIT.

That bug makes a showstopper for use and Retrospectives not yet usable for us, as this behaviour depends on every user's screen resolution - which makes it not sellable to them. Really sad to state that hear.

Okay, gained new insights and found a workaround for the time being. The Popup has a max-height of 60vh. If you reduce the window height to be a slim horizontal strip, the popup reduced its size enough to be fully visible an have a scrollbar to access all items

Thank you for your workaround, @S-OAltr. When I zoom in 130% in the Edge tab, I indeed also see the WIT "Impediment" in the first row of cards.
Still I do not like my participants to do that. IMHO, that should be fixed by DevLabs asap (respecting that DevLabs provide "Experiments", sure")!

Yes, we are aware. As @S-OAltr pointed out when the dropdown list is long and the window space is small, the list of work items gets truncated. We had promoted a fix a while back for a related issue where the list was truncated for the cards were at the bottom, but this is also truncating when the cards are at the top.
