Incorrect field descriptions are being displayed

If you have two or more toggle fields in multiple work item types, extension is always displaying the first loaded toggle field description for other fields as description text (in same session) instead of displaying correct field descriptions.

Is this on VSTS or TFS? Can you share your configuration?
