Infrastructure project not compatible with VS2026

Brief description of your issue

I brought up the solution in Visual Studio 2026 and got an error about the infrastructure project not being compatible.

From some quick research sounds like support for *.deployproj ARM projects has been removed and the recommendation is to move to bicep.

Because the project is incompatible, Visual Studio 2026 will not allow you to view/edit any files in this project while working with the whole solution.

Work-around: Use VS2022 or another edit for this project.

Steps to reproduce

Open solution in Visual Studio 2026.

Expected behavior

No error occurs.
Can view/edit files in the project from within Visual Studio 2026.

Actual behavior

Initially see a pop-up with details about the error with the project.
After that when you open project just shows as incompatible.
