Sysinternals isn't available via winget, despite documentation claiming that it is

Hi,

Although the documentation claims that the Sysinternals Suite of applications is available via winget, this doesn't appear to be the case on any of the systems I've tested. The only place where I can find the Sysinternals programs available is on the official website and Microsoft Store. Is there any reason why this might be? Other Microsoft programs that claim to be available on winget, such as Windows Terminal or PowerShell work just fine, but Sysinternals doesn't show up in any search results.

That makes sense; thanks for the clarification! So, to clarify, why would this be the case while other Microsoft apps are available directly via winget? Is it because they're somehow packaged differently? And, is there any hope of Sysinternals making it onto the winget repositories, or will it remain a Microsoft Store exclusive for the foreseeable future?

I really want to see a bette installer. Maybe winget would be it.
The big problem now is having to copy files around and manually make shortcuts. then no updating.
Maybe winget would fix this?

Winget can do most of this already. Take a look at Microsoft.Sysinternals.ProcessMonitor as an example. Using winget show Microsoft.Sysinternals.ProcessMonitor indicates that it is a portable binary, and using winget install Microsoft.Sysinternals.ProcessMonitor will download it and make it available as a command in PATH.

I was looking for latest RamMap, and it's available only from the msstore but then it get's weird to add PATH to it, as if the version changes I'll have to update it. The winget store does not have it:

The only gotcha is that you need to add "64" to the tools - so "procmon64", not "procmon".
