How to create manifests with schema 1.10?

I don't know how I can upgrade to the new schema 1.10.
I have winget-cli v1.10.340 installed, and also pulled latest master of winget-pkgs, but wingetcreate keeps creating manifest files with schema 1.9...

Right now, the only way is to use the YamlCreate script, or manually edit your manifests. Until a new version of WinGet Create is released, or a new version of Komac is released with 1.10.0 manifest support, they will only create manifests for schema 1.9.0.

However, the changes from 1.9.0 to 1.10.0 don't actually impact submissions to the community repository other than enforcing the schema header be present in the YAML file.

Contributing PRs to winget-pkgs works, as I found out yesterday. I was just confused by the question of whether a new manifest conforms to the 1.10 schema.

However, it is interesting that winget-cli 1.10 does not generate 1.10 schemas, even though it ships with them.
